I agree that when we focus on empowering others, it fosters a deeper respect and loyalty from the people around us. The example of Jesus is so fitting—true leadership isn’t about climbing to the top, but about lifting others up. I’ve found that when you put others’ needs first, it creates a stronger, more connected team environment.
