I find many leaders in my company in the same boat, and one of the biggest issues is finding the time to get out of the daily whirlwind to focus on the vision for the future. It’s imperative to do so for long-term success, but it always takes a lower priority than those items that need to be done now. Scheduling time in the calendar to formulate the mission and vision is a great first step!
