Oh, sure. I will take me awhile to go through recent feedback from all the clients that our coaches work with but I had a few to hand. Here is one:
The combination of an executive level 360, along with the bi-weekly coaching sessions, has produced for me a very different result than other leadership development programs I have attended or participated in the past. Specifically, this program has sustained meaningful changes in my behavior and created for me a much more clear understanding of my leadership potential. The one-on-one coaching session became extremely insightful for me. I developed a very honest relationship with my coach, with a level of trust that let me get the center of the issues and challenges I was facing. I completed each coaching session with a clear list of my next steps in addressing my goals. Discussing in detail my successes and failures with my coach, made this learning experience different for me than all other prior experiences. I greatly appreciate having had this development opportunity
